I've been doing sports since I can remember and I love motivating others to exercise. In order to share my enthusiasm for good workouts outside of my circle of friends, Pop Pilates Vienna was founded in February 2018 – originally also for me as a balance to my freelance job in advertising. I can hardly believe what has developed from it since then:
I would never have thought that after only two years I would have the best team of great people by my side, to see our community constantly grow or to have thought it possible to develop our own formats (hello "Soulmoves") ...
But all of that happened, and with that, The Happy Place was born in March 2020: The logical development for us from Pop Pilates Vienna, which we have clearly outgrown. I don't take any of this for granted – and that's why I'm all the more looking forward to the positive feedback and to being able to continue exercising, sweating and growing with you on a regular basis. :)

My enthusiasm for sports has always been high: I've tried a lot from gymnastics to badminton, swimming, bouldering, spinning or classic yoga and Pilates. Especially since I left my studies, I appreciate being able to exercise or work out after work – depending on what I feel like at the moment. I came across Pop Pilates by chance a few years ago and immediately loved the concept. The movement to the music is fun, offers variety and leaves your muscles sore – even though you "only" train with your own body weight. Whether indoors, online or outdoors, I found my personal "happy place" and always left the classes in a good mood.
In my Pop Pilates classes, I want to share my joy about this concept with you. I look forward to moving with you, working out and growing together with new challenges – in a relaxed and easy-going atmosphere.

Sport has always been an important part of my life. In the past, however, I mainly played tennis and volleyball – sports in which you work a lot on technique and strategy during training. It was only through Pop Pilates that I learned to consciously pay attention to the movements of individual muscles. The interaction with the music allows me to concentrate fully on the sport and let go of all the thoughts of the rest of the day. As a result, I always left The Happy Place with tired muscles and a lot of positive energy. Now I'd like to create this special space in my classes for you, so that we can work out together and clear our heads. I look forward to many classes together on the mat.

From my first Pop Pilates class, I was immediately hooked. I had finally found a sport that brought back the joy of movement—and the occasional sore muscle ;)
In my classes, I want to show you that exercise can be fun and doesn't have to be strenuous. Every class feels like a little party on the mat—with flowing movements that strengthen the entire body. My playlists are diverse, so there's something for everyone—but of course, an 80s song is a must!
I'm looking forward to working out with you to motivating music, forgetting everything else and sweating together.

Pop Pilates has been with me since 2019 and has long since become more than just a sport for me – it's my balance, my source of energy, and my creative outlet. As a former dancer, I'm fascinated by the combination of movement and music, which makes every class special. It's fascinating how music and movement interact to create a workout that's both motivating and harmonious.
For me, the main focus of Pop Pilates is on becoming aware of my own body. I'm always surprised by how much these workouts help me discover new strengths – often in areas I'd barely noticed before.
Music naturally plays a central role in the classes. I love putting together playlists that convey energy and fun, and I'm excited to share my enthusiasm for this format with you.
